my trading day ~ monday 14th march 2011

Up at 9am – and I went off for a cycle ride along the beach road (around 12 miles both ways in total) and on the way back stopped of for some breakfast. A very nice racing bike was in the flat, so it would be very remiss of me not to take advantage of it.

My “Evening” trading system managed +68 pips this afternoon, and I was all finished by 3:30pm (local time) so it was off to the airport. I am spending a couple of days in New York and then I am back to the UK.
